1.Application: HM type-High Consistency Mixer(pulp machine)  is used for blending ground wood pulp and other pulps with chemicals. Quick and even blending effect will supply reacting conditions for the bleaching stage. Therefore, it can reduce chemical and energy consumption, improve the quality of bleached pulp, and relieve environmental pollution.
2.Working principle: This equipment works like a single vertical disc refiner. Stock and chemicals are fed to clearance between dynamic and static disc under the action of distribution impellers. Because of centrifugal force, stock and chemicals will be dispersed in the inside track, and then discharged out of the refiner after even blending of the medium and outside track of the discs. Clearance between the dynamic and static disc can be adjusted to maximize blending effect. The equipment has advantages of high production capability, good blending effect, easy maintenance and operation, and less space.

4.Equipment structure: High Consistency Mixer is mainly composed of motor, belt drive, bearing chamber, mixing chamber, dynamic & static disc and lift device. Belt drive: V belt can protect the equipment from overloading. Mixing body: including mixing chamber, dynamic and static disc, by use of high rotation of dynamic disc and centrifugal force, the stock is discharged after even blending to achieve required effect. Lift device: adjust clearance between the dynamic and static disc.
