CIL-BD-50A Baby Diaper Machine Production Line

1.       We produce PX-YKJ-150 Type Baby Diaper Machine, combining with the characters in similar line from domestic and foreign with the features of complete function, stable character and convenient operation.

2.       It can produce economical type or high-quality type products By exchanging few spare parts it can produce four specifications of products (that is, S, M, L, XL)

3.       Equipment consists of two types machine (economical type and high-quality type)

1.       Cotton core are laid in two routes but it also can adopt single-route spreading method

2.       Cotton core after being wrapped is roll-pressed net- pressed, finalized and also equipped with diversion cloth. When the products are used, the cotton core wont break off.

3.       Stereo-protection material are cut and combined on the machine the tension of rubber band can be regulated at random.

4.       The tension degree in the both sides of rubber band can be regulated at random.

5.       The elastic waistline conveyance is equipped with automatic rectifying device.

6.       The diversion and re-stick the frontal-waist tape and left and right wais tape is accurate and fixed.

7.       All the need-regulation positions are equipped with differential device, thus can be regulated without stopping machine.

8.       Main driving consists of right-angle box, differential device and synchronous belt. The universal joint shaft coupling is adopted to connect the right-angle boxes. The operation of the equipment is stable.

9.       Material conveyance adopts negative-pressure absorption type. The conveyance belt is of directive slip type in order to avoid the conveyance deviation caused by the exchanging of temperature.
