1. This unit uses the latest harden Gear Reducer with the strength of high torque and low noice. Automatical cooling system can make the gear and shaft have enough lubricating and cooling.
2. Double seperate metal mixing screw, high effiency, which has excellent plasticizing and mixing ability. Especially suitable for recycled material and broken material.
3. Three roller Horizontal type installation. No need to change roller when move frame. It can save changing time and improve efficiency. The barel use special technology . Drive seperatly and run smoothly which can make out plate with perfect surface.
