DY-PSP-120/150 EPS foam sheet extruder (CE APPROVED)
NEW PS MACHINE PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line can used to form many different products such as fast food box, foam tray, foam cup, foam profile and so on.
PS foam sheet is a new-type material with the features of shockproof, sound insulation, haat preservation, dampproof, safety, sanitation and good plasticity. It is used widely in the packing of food, fruit, electronic product, commodity, daily necessities, hardware product, advertisement board, etc.
The raw material of PSP foam board is polystyrene, which is fed into the loading hopper by automatic loading equipment, fill in anti-shrinking agent when material is plasticized and mixed in the first extruder, then transmit it to the second extruder after filtering from the screen changer, making a further plasticizing and mixing with foaming agent. After cooling, the product is extruded from die, then cooled and shaped by the shaping and cooling system, pulled by pulling machine and rolled by winder when it reaches certain of length, changing the roll weighing, and packing to warehouse.
