This machine is one-step, full automatic plastic injection blow molding equipment which is widely used in manufacturing the packaging bottles of medicine, health products, food and beverage cosmetics, chemicals, etc. and daily used hollow containers, applicable for the processing of PE, PP, PS (SAN, PMMA, PC, PETG, PEN) and other thermoplastics.

1. The level revolving device of the three working stations makes plastic injection, blowing and mould releasing perform simultaneously, with multi-cavities of one mould operating continuously and full automatically, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.
2. With hot runner system and multistage injection molding, the bottle mouth is flat and smooth, inner and outer diameter and thread of the bottle neck are of high precision, well sealed, without seam and scraps on the final products.
3. Multi-tasks in separate time control and synchronization hydraulic oil pipes are applied comprehensively, which enables the three-step design to replace the general five-step design for the empty cycling, shortening the time of empty cycling and improving efficiency. It is fit for

4.Infrared safety detection is adopted in stripping station, which can operate automatically without operator aside.
5. Mould-closing oil cylinder being placed below, the structure is compact to make sure that clamping force of moulds is balanced up and down, which keeps the frame on table from pressure of single direction. The system is of good rigidity.
6. There is not any hydraulic element on the working table, which keeps the product clean and makes it convenient to repair and replace moulds.
