PE Geomembrane extrusion line
PE Geomembrane extrusion line is consist of Automatic feeding system/ Single Screw Extruder/ PE geomembrane’s die head/Hydraulic screen change/Three roll calendar/Water roller temperature controller/Cooling rack/Haul off/Transverse cutting machine/Longitudinal trimming machine/Digital Electrical Control System. PE Geomembrane extrusion line have following advantages :
1). it adopt electric-magnetic heater which can save 40% to 60% electric energy!
2). Use electric parts ( breaker/inverter/relay) which brand is SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER/OMRON. It can keep equipment operation stability.
3). PE geomembrane’s die head can adjust thickness according to your requirement .
4).Three –roll calendar use NSK Bearing and adopt synchronization driver.
PE Geomembrane function as following:
