Floater collars are moulded by a high wear resistant LMDPE. They are mainly used in offshore dredging, oil area.
Floater collars are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam on specific customer request. Floater collars are connected to the pipe by galvanized bolts, nuts and flat washer.
Pipe floats are generally moulded by a high wear resistant PE. The design is set up to achieve a strong but flexible float. Many different types of ring floats are available to suit requested application. These dredging floats / pipe float are mainly used in offshore dredging, oil area.
Dredge ring floats are available for pipe diameters 150 till 1000 mm.
