Silane crosslinked PE Insulating Compounds
The silane crosslinked PE insulating compounds are made mainly from LDPE together with proper additive such as silane crosslinking agent, initiator, anti-oxidant and copper-resistant agent through mixing and granulation. YJG-3(101C, 101B) and YJWG-10(201C, black) are the 2-stage process silane crosslinked products, where A is the grafting component and B the masterbatch of catalyst and the mixing ratio of A:B is 95:5. These compounds are good in workability, excellent in performances, and simple in both the technological process and the operation, which are suitable for the overhead cables and low voltage cables up to 10kV as well as the control cables, as shown below:
