Introduction
Primary products:products with cellucotton of various specifications,e.g. figurine cotton,PP conton , peal wool, and artificial down cotton, ect.
1. Specifications:
(1)1D-25Dx32-64:D stands for diameter of cellucotton , the larger the number,the larger the diameter. Usually, wool with diameter less then 6D is fibril with good handfeel,and weel with diameter more than 15D is coarse fiber with good elasticity(e.g. wool with 7D and 15D are often be used in furniture and toy factory).
(2)28mm and 32mm are short-fiber(e.g. 7Dx32),suitable for machine filling;51mm and 64mm are long-fiber (e.g. 15Dx64) with good elasticity . They can be used for combined machine filling of cotton-loosing and cotton-filling.
2. Ranks:
(1)A is the 2D domestic figurine PP cotton with soft handfeel and average elasticity(suitable for products with less requirements for quality, e.g. toys and sofa).
(2)AA means the domestic 3D whorl cotton with soft handfeel and good elasticity(suitable for middle and high-grade products, e.g. toys, sofa, bench hassock and pillow).
(3)AAA means the import 3D whorl cotton with sofa handfeel and good elasticity(suitable for high-grade products).
(4)Fire-protection cotton(inflaming retarding cotton)meets the international fire-protection standards of European Union, America and Britain(suitable for sofa, bench hassock and pillow).
(5)Green cotton(mottled cotton):Suitable for products with fewer requirements for color.The price for green cotton is low.
