Ourautomated SMT equipment includes the SIEMENS D Siplace series placement machines,DEK solder paste screen printers and Yamaha HSD, ERSA lead-free hot reflow machines,several Oven Wave flow lead-free machines, auto un/load-load machines, alongwith testing and program modeling machines. We can place components such as0805, 0603, 0402, 0201 or even smaller (01005) with our BGA, uBGA devices. We alsomeet the requirements for lead-free, ROHS projects, do the testing service including the ICT.We can also accommodate single-sided or double-sided multi-layer board assembly/manufacturingprocesses. We also have 2 EPE package production lines that arecurrently under construction. We can work on a contract manufacturing, materialassembly, or EMS/OEM/ODM basis.
