Vibration System• Compaction performance is made more effective and over a wider range of soil conditions due to a double frequency and double amplitude design. A Caterpillar patented eccentric vibe pod design modulates vibe amplitudes via a completely sealed inner cavity containing free flowing steel shot. This design allows for more stable and reliable vibe amplitudes, as well as reduced impact forces on the vibe system resulting in an overall cleaner system vs. the more traditional vibe systems that utilize steel eccentric weights that impact or ‘hit’ each other each time the vibe system is activated.• The overall design of the vibe system allows for more convenient maintenance and service.• The thickness of vibrating drum shell is 50mm compared to a 40mm thick drum shell typically used in the industry. This thicker drum shell allows for a heavier drum, which enhances the compaction performance, thereby improving work efficiency.• Maximum vibe system reliability has also been achieved by utilizing World Class vibe bearings.Powerful Engine System• The assembled Weichai DEUTZ Engine of German technology complies with the China National Stage II Emission Standards. This engine utilizes turbocharged and inter-cooled technology for compressing and cooling inlet air before being delivered to the cylinders, along with an increase in airflow and oxygen intake by the combustion chamber, which allows for more complete fuel combustion, an increase in engine output power, and higher fuel efficiency for the SEM8200 Soil Compactor Series machines.• Two sets of fine filters are used for removing impurities in the fuel in order to prolong the engine maintenance interval and engine life, in addition to ensuring continuous robust output of the engine.High Performance Cooling System• The Cooling System uses Caterpillar technology.
