Function:

YLT precure flat tread vulcanizing machine is used to manufacture flat tread of retreading tyres. According to different percure tread mold, including size, thread, material, manufacture different tread.

Features:

1. Double-action pump with charging valves for a very quick opening and closing to have a great productive efficiency.

2. To improve machine safety, feather valves plus oil-overflow valves are for lower pressure control and electronic pressure gauges plus oil-overflow valves for higher control.

3. For a good tread quality, PLC with relays are used to have an auto control on curing temperature, curing time, exhaust and pressure keeping, etc to avoid operator’s misplay to the utmost extent.

4. Curing pressure is high as 60kg/cm2 to greatly improve tread appearance and wear characteristic.

5. Tread moves back and forth during polishing, driven by electricity and compressed air, PLC control. The tread packing system can be added and the machine frame length can be extended upon customer’s requirement.
