Features:
1. The filling machine is one of the supported equipments of the Bread and Pastry Production Line.
2. The machine is applied to fill many kinds of ingredients such as meat, vegetable, bean paste, honey, chocolate, jam, nuts, sugar, fruits and so on.
3. Now the machine has two types. One is called Soft Stuff Filling Machine with one driving motor in it; it is suitable to fill soft stuff such as honey, marmelade, paste, vegetable, bean paste, chocolate, jam and meat. The other is called Rough Stuff Filling Machine with two driving motors in it; it is suitable to fill rough or hard stuff such as nuts, sugar, fruits.
4. It is widely used in baking food processing industry and flour food processing industry. The origrinal meat fiber and flour of vegetable and soup is preserved;the remnant is few. The volume of stuff can be changed by changing the dimension of stuff exit.
5. Put stuff into the hopper ; two-stage packing auger conveys stuff. The pressure of stuff feeding is guaranteed by using auxiliary clamping roller. So the stuff is well-distributed. And it does less damage to the stuff.
6. The conveying speed can be infinitely variable controlled by frequency converter. The power adopts wheel drive.
