Note: Please use products within rated power range(400W), do not overload.

1. Please install solar panels outdoor under the Sun, the surface of solar panels are positioned vertically with the sunlight as far as possible.
2. Installation and connection according to the positive pole and negative pole on the back of the solar panels.
I Use environment
Based on the consideration of safety and performance, this series of products’ installation environment should meet the following conditions:
1. Dry: Not flooding or rain.
2. Shade: Temperature should between 0 °C -50 °C.
3. Ventilation: Keep the product installation location is a well-ventilated.
4. This series of products should be installed with the battery in the same place; the connection between products to the battery is no more than 1 meter, so we can detect battery voltage and ambient temperature conveniently and accurately to adjust the charging status and reducing losses.
5. Solar panels are used outdoors; do not afraid the wind and rain, installation angle should be vertically with the sun as far as possible.
II Installation steps
This series of products mainly divided into 4 parts: solar panels, battery, control box, other accessories.
Step 1: Check all parts for damage.
Step 2: Connect the battery according to the positive and negative pole of the control box outer wires, and then check the connection is intact.
Step 3: Connect panels, pay attention to the panels’ positive and negative pole, and then insert the plug into DC input and check charging.
Step 4: Select the appropriate USB output according to the need: AC output/DC output, and then connect load.
III Part description
1. Controller
This series of products adopt the new generation of intelligent solar charge controller with a super stability and high life.
LED lights indicator Function:
Green light (L1) is Charge indicator; red light (L5) is load indicator; yellow lights (L2, L3, L4) is battery capacity indicator. System will self-test after connect the battery; green light, red light and yellow lights flare, and then the red light extinguisher, the yellow lights are normal and display the battery power, which means the system is normal. Green light (L1) bright means solar panels are supplying power, if not, no power supply. Red light (L5) bright normally means system is in discharge protection, red light (L5) flare means overload or short circuit, red light (L5) extinguish means load normal. Yellow lights (L2, L3, L4), from left to right respectively the battery capacity: > 75%, 25 to 75%, <25%. Yellow light (L4) bright means the battery voltage is low, yellow light (L4) flare means voltage is very low and the controller is about to cut off the load output.2. AC switch
When the switch I is pressed, the AC output can be used; the AC output is stopped when the switch O is pressed.
3. USB output
USB output can charge the phone with a USB data cable directly. This series of products is also supporting multi-function phone charging cable which simultaneously to different mobile phone charging.
4. Control box
The control boxes of this series of products using nano-plastic-sprayed process. Novel designed, beautiful appearance and durable.
5. External battery connection
Connect the batteries through an external line and pay attention to the positive and negative polarity (red wire to battery positive).
6. AC output
Output voltage: AC 220V±5%,50HZ, can be used to computer, television, fan, AC lighting, stereo, need charging appliance ( small power AC appliance, such as: mobile phone, flashlight, lantern, etc).
7. DC input
This socket is used for the solar panel cable input (Note: connect the battery firstly, and then insert the solar panel cable).
8. DC output
DC output voltage is 12V which can be used for DC lights, etc.
9. Handle
The handle is made of 304-type stainless steel. Bright surface, feels comfortable and convenient to carry.
10. Inverter (Interior)
Inverters of this series of products have different specifications that can provide safety and reliably AC power. If the inverter is used continuously, the inverter surface temperature will rise to 60 °C, so please keep the air circulation, in order to avoid the inverter is damaged.

V Matters needing attention
1. This series of products are not suitable for children operating by themselves.
2. This series of products strictly forbid overload, load power shall not exceed the rated power.
3. Try to avoid the too cold, heat, dust, damp environment using.
4. This series of products factory settings for the maintenance-free lead-acid batteries (liquid cell). If do not use for a long time, should keep the battery full charge timely (once a month at lease), otherwise battery will be permanently damaged.
