1). In the heated end of the heat pipe: the working liquid in the pipe gets its source of heat from the outside; it begins to evaporate after it has the ability of evaporation latent heat.

3).In the Refrigeration End, the evaporation latent heat released from the pipe is taken by the outside cold medium, The evaporation condensed to liquid under the role of gravity, and then return to evaporation end.
