DN3 series of suspended pneumatic spot welding machine is a kind of air-pressured and water-cooled machine which is with double electrode holders and dould standards. It is widely used in the automobile manufacturing, household appliance manufacturing industry, especially used for welding the low-carbon-steel parts of sheet-metal structure.
Feactures:
1. Use epoxy resin casting process, with the feactures of small size, light weight (it is one third lighter than other domestic same standard machine), long life, safe and reliable.
2. Adopt. double gas circuit structure. The gas circuit is equipped with water knockout and air filter device and oil mist device, which not only can effectively remove the moisture, dust, greasy dirt and other impurities, but also can make the lubricating oil infuse the gas stream after atomization, so as to achieve the lubrication of air valve, electrode holder cylinder and other parts.
