They are made of quality spring steel 65Mn (60Si2MnA/50CrVA /0Cr17Ni7Al /SUS304), having been subject to special heat treatment with hardness in the range of HRC44 -55. They are of black appearance and excellent elasticity. Wave springs are widely used in such industries as motor, textile machinery, hydraulic equipment and car etc. They are mainly installed in the bearing chambers or cavities that have appropriate nominal sizes, need very small space to assembly, and are specially characterized by reduced noise and smaller vibration To ensure the working elasticity conforms to requirements and be stable, the height of wave crests can be slightly adjusted in actual production.
