Cantilever racking stucture is rigid and durable,the post and arms are of special steel section. Its designed for the stotage of long items and irregular shape items, such as steel bar, pipeline and wood plank, etc. According to the loading capacity, it can be divided into three types, light, middle and heavy type, Its suitable for low headroom warehouse to optimize space utilization.
1: The light duty cantilever: using upright frame as the bearing column,the front mounted type single arm,the duplex double are or duplex single arm as the cantilever are chosen.Usually the loading capacity of one arm shll not exceed 500kg.The type of cantilever has the convenient processing,and its height shall not be limited,with low cost etc.aiming at the different bearings the section,depth and height of the upright frame can be adjusted flexibly.
2: Heavy duty cantilever: it adopts the double C profile steel as the upright,the I profile steel as the pedestal,adopting the duplex welding type cantilever as the cantilever.The single arm bearing can reach above 1000kg.
3:The cantilever racking is applicable to the storage of wires ,pipes,hoses etc,and it is also can set up the auxiliary girder, wire decking, steel or wood decking etc,between the cantilevers,thus its use function can be extended.
