CS-8820 Type Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer Acceptance Standard 

1. Repeatability

Select one material of the level 1 steel standard of our country (the mass fraction of carbon is between 0.400% and 1.000%, and sulfur is from 0.020% to 0.080%), operate according to instrument operation instruction manual, testing 11 times successively match with high-frequency furnace, the D-value between maximum and minimum of test result should less than or equal to 1.46r. computational formula as follows:

C:lgr = 0.52121lgω-1.9617

S:lgr = 0.62212lgω-1.9965

r: repeatability 

ω: the calibration value of tested materials 

 

2. Accuracy rating

Select the level 1 (steel or iron) standard of our country (the mass fraction of carbon is between 0.003% and 4.500%, and sulfur is from 0.002% to 0.100%), use high, middle and low samples,  match with high-frequency furnace , and operate according to instrument operation instruction manual, then revise. Testing 3 times every sample after revise, take the average value of the 3 test results, C & S should all less than or equal to the value of , formula as follows:

Reproducibility is computed by the following formula:
