4. Main features
The instrument is beating degree tester of Schopper type, there are two types of manual and hydraulic automatic beating to choose.
(1) Beating manually means press sealed cone manually
(2) Regulate the neutral of sealed cone by tripod leveling agencies. Guarantee the leak tightness of sealed cone and cylinder.
(3) Hydraulic automatic beating uses water pressure as the main power source of the instrument and through the cylinder to achieve the operation. The instrument in hydraulic pathway matches with throttle and three-position four-entrance transfer valve. They control the motion velocities and direction of cylinder piston rod respectively. The whole hydraulic pathway use stainless steel which extend useful life.
(4) Throttle can regulate the flow of water. And regulate the lift velocity of piston rod in order to regulate the lift velocity of sealed cone.
