It is used on all kinds of screen press. With the ink, first print image on paper, then transfer the image onto fabrics or other materials by heat transfer press. Under high temperature, the ink will become gas and go into fabric. It belongs to gas shading.

 

1. Applicable printer: all kinds of screen printing machine.

2. Applicable paper: wood pulp paper or kraft paper.

3. Printed materials: Fabric, mug, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc.

4 Model & Color: SS-C  CMYK

5. Ink & Printing Attribute: water-based, PH is 6-7;

                                              Ink granule is 15 um, can be for 120-200 DPI mesh;

                                              Little ink consumption, 1kg ink can print 10-17m2 image.

6. Use method: In normal condition, use the ink on screen machine directly. The chemical for normal screen printing also can be available, to adjust the ink attribution.
