Blowing Foot Vacuum Valve
In the automobile air conditioning system, vacuum valve is used for the controlling of various ventilation outlets, i.e. for the heater and blower .
SPECIFICATIONS
♦ Standard air tightness
By vacuum pumping the inner chamber of its assembly, the vacuum pressure shall reach 500 mmHg at 66.7Kpa, and the leakage should be within 0.53KPa for 4 mmHg/min.
♦ Rotating Arm Performance
The stroke is no less than 29mm when the inner chamber is vacuumized by 200 mmHg
The round trip stroke should be no less than 27 mm, when the upper and lower air tap for vacuum assembly is vacuumized under 50 mmHg.
♦ Impact resistance
Its appearance should still be fine after free falling from 1 meter high to the ground, while maintaining its standard air tightness.
♦ High-temperature tolerance
It shall still be fine and keep to its standard air tightness after sustaining the temperature of 88-92°C for 96 hours and the room temperature for 6 hours.
♦ Durability and Reliability
The vacuum pumping test shall be from 0 mmHg to 400 mmHg, and then from 400 mmHg to 0 mmHg, under the temperature of 28-32C. Above testing cycle shall be operated for more than 25000 times, which is in accordance with 10 times/min frequency. The vacuum valve should still keep to its standard air tightness after such tests.
♦ Thermo shock resistance
After being tested for so long, the valve assembly should take another five cycles, and one cycle stands for four hours staying at 78-82 °C temperature and another 4 hours staying at 38-42 C temperature. The exchange time shall be within 1 minute. Once finished, the valve assembly shall appear no harm and keep to its standard air tightness.
