1.Description of rotary drier:

1). Structure 

A full range of equipment including crushing equipment, conveying equipment, drying tube, transmission equipment, fans and dedusting equipment.

2). Applications

Coal industry: coal slime, coal, flotation cleaned coal, mixture cleaned coal and so on;

Construction industry: blast furnace slag, clay, limestone, sand, quartz stone and so on;

Beneficiation industry: various metal concentrates, waste, tailings and so on;

Chemical industry: non-heat-sensitive materials.

3). work principleMaterial to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.

2. Function characteristics:

1). It adopts downstream drying when both of flue gas and wet materials get access to the drying machine from the same side, and the high temperature flue gas is used to obtain high evaporation strength, featuring low temperature in the outlet and high heat efficiency of the drying machine;

2). The new designed inner structure of the machine can enhance the cleaning and heat conduction performance of the broken materials, eliminate the adhesion effect on the inner wall of the barrel body, and improve its adaptation to water-contented and sticky materials;

3). The adoption of center regulation support wheel device of the drying machine enables the support wheel and roll ring be in constant linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and power loss of the product.
